Should I slam my stem? | How to determine the correct handlebar height

This week we look at what the some factors that may prevent a cyclist from slamming their stem. This cyclist presented with some moderate dysfunction of his right hip and pelvis. We look at how differing handlebar heights affects his cycling biomechanics. We briefly discuss how running shorter crank arms helps someone with hip dysfunction.
