Friendly Reminder: Check Your Equipment

Friendly reminder to give your gear a once over. This client came in for a bike fit complaining of low back pain which is a fairly common symptom when something is off with the fit. In this case, instability caused by excessive play in the pedal wreaked havoc on his ankle and foot stability. The instability travels up the chain and affects the low back. Remember, a proper bike fit goes beyond comfort – it’s about preventing those pesky pains too!
